BRINK'S SECOND
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts, and agrees to accept, a General Warranty Deed for Lots
1, 2, and 3 of Block 1 of Brink's Second Subdivision from
Cornerstone Church of Cape Girardeau, Inc., described as
follows:
All that part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 1 of Brink's
Second Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 41 in
the land recorders of Cape Girardeau County, being a part
of Out Lot 55 in U.S. Survey 2199, Township 30 North, Range
14 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; LESS AND EXCEPT, that
part conveyed by General Warranty Deed to the Missouri
Highway and Transportation Commission in Book 639 at Page
08 in the land records of Cape Girardeau County.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
