A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AIRPORT MANAGER
TO EXECUTE CONTRACT MODIFICATION NO. 0002 WITH
THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, FOR AIR
TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Airport Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized and directed to
execute DTFA09-01-C-21024 , Modification No. 0002 , with the Federal
Aviation Administration for air traffic control services at the
Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport. A copy of said Modification No.
0002 is attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.

Subject contract to provide Air Traffic Control Services at the Cape
Girardeau Municipal Airport, Cape Girardeau, Missouri is modified as follows:
The Government hereby exercises Option 1 to commence October 1 , 1991 through
September 30, 1992 . The monthly rate is changed from $12 , 647 . 40 to
$13 , 204 . 68 and the total amount of the contract is changed from $75 , 884 . 40
to $234 , 340 . 56, or an increase of $158, 456 . 16. The price includes the
increase in the insurance preimum as stated in The City' s letter dated
August 7 , 1991.

(c) (1) For procurements using sealed bidding procedures,
certifications shall be submitted by each bidder with the bid submissions
except for procurements using two-step sealed bidding procedures (see subpart

(d) Pursuant to FAR 3. 104-9(d) , the Offeror may be requested to execute
additional certifications at the request of the Government. Failure of an
offeror to submit the additional certifications shall cause its offer to be
rejected.
(e) A certification containing a disclosure of a violation or possible
violation will not necessarily result in the withholding of an award under
this solicitation. However, the Government, after evaluation of the
disclosure, may cancel this procurement or take any other appropriate actions
in the interest of the Government, such as disqualification of the Offeror.
(f) In making the certification in subparagraph (b) (2) of the certificate,
the officer or employee of the competing contractor responsible for the offer
may rely upon a one-time certification from each individual required to submit
a certification to the competing contractor, supplemented by periodic
training. These certifications shall be maintained by the Contractor ror 6
