A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT MODIFICATION WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR AIR
TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to enter into
Contract Modification No. 0006, Order No. DTFA09-91-C-21024 , with
the Federal Aviation Administration for air traffic control
services at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport. A copy of said
contract modification is attached to this resolution and made a
part hereof.

1 Subject contract to provide Air Traffic Control Services at the Cape
Girardeau Municipal Airport, Cape Girardeau, Missouri is modified as
follows:
The Government hereby exercises Option 3 to commence October 1, 1993
through September 30, 1994 . The monthly rate remains $13, 939 . 10 and
the total amount of the contract is changed from $401, 609 .76 to
$568,878. 96, or an increase of $167,269 .20.
