Home My WebLink AboutRES.1154.03-04-1996 BILL NO. 96-76 RESOLUTION NO. �.�,�'� A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL 1996 - 2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM WHEREAS, Article VI, Section 6. 04 of the Charter of the City of Cape Girardeau requires a Capital Improvements Program; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has presented a proposed Capital Improvements Program to the City Council; and WHEREAS, proper notice has been published concerning the availability for inspection of the proposed Capital Improvements Program and the time and place for a public hearing on the Capital Improvements Program; and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed Capital Improvements Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City Council hereby adopts the five-year Capital Improvements Program for fiscal 1996-2001, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk. ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is instructed to attach an executed copy of this resolution to a copy of the Capital Improvements Program for fiscal 1996-2001 and to retain such copy with the permanent records of the City.
