BILL NO. 23-41 ORDINANCE NO. _
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GOODEN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Gooden Subdivision, being a
part of Lot Nos . 6 and 7, Block No. 3, Riverside Second
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Page No. 28 of the
County Land Records, and that part of a vacated alley, all in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State. of Missouri,
submitted by The Eric J. Gooden Revocable Trust U/A Dated
February 16, 2000, and The Regina T. Gooden Revocable Trust U/A
Dated February 16, 2000, bearing the certification of R.
Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 20th
day of December, 2022, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
