ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BERTRAND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Bertrand Subdivision, being
all of Lot Number 64 of Wyandotte Acres Third Addition as
recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 20 of the County Land Records,
and that part of US Survey 2198, Township 31 North, Range 13
East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Frank C. Bertrand III and Rachel L.
Bertrand, husband and wife, bearing the certification of Travis
J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 9th day of
February, 2023, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
