AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM ALAN R. WILLIAMS AND JANICE M. WILLIAMS
FOR THE CAPE LA CROIX CREEK/WALKER BRANCH
FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Alan R. Williams and
Janice M. Williams, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for the Cape La Croix
Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
All of Lot No. 2, in Block No. 4 of Drury°s Second
Subdivision, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 29, and all
permanent improvements thereon, subject to easements for
public utilities.
ARTICLE 2.
This ordinance shall be in
full force
and effect
ten days after
its passage and approval.
