BE IT O�.DAINED BY TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIN,ARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FO�IA�13:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Seabaugh�s Third Subdivision, a part
of Outlot 2t�, in U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said subdiv3.sion, as shown on
the original plat of said subdivision, datec Nove�ber 2E3, 1950, which
plat was filed with the Cit,yClerk and City Engine�r, and examined and
approved by them, be and th� sarn�e is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTIOid 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid and signed by 0. L.
Seabaugh and anna i�. Seabaugh, husband and wife, and aclmowledged by
notary public on the 28th day of November, 1950, the approval of the
City Council, atte�ted by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, �Iissonri.
S�TTOIY 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
