real estate in 5cott vounty, I��Tissouri, �ahich was conveyed by
General ��'Jarranty Deed dated July 2, 1y�.7, and as a part of the
consideration for said purchase, the said City of Cape Girardeau
wa.s to conve,y to Albert Schwartz, for a consideration af ��ift4r-
nine Hundred rorty-one and 60/100 Dollars (��5,9�1.00) , t:lze

30 North, Ran�e 13 East, in �cott County, Missouri, ivhich purchase
price was to be credited on the amount to be paid Albert Schvuartz
