AN ORDIIdANCE ADOPTING THE PLA2 OF BRINK�S S'�BDIVISION� A SUBDIVISION
OF A PART OF OUT LE7T 55, U.S.P. SURVEY N0. 2199, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, NIISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIdCIL OF THE CITX OF CAPE GIRARDEAU�
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Brink's Subdivision� a subdivision of
paxt of Out Lot 55� U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missourf, as shown on the origional plat
of said subdivision, date� April 17� 195U, which plat was filed with
the City Clerk and City Engineer� and examined and approned by them,
be and the same is herebyr accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon the plat, dated as aforesaid and �igned by Leon F.
Brinko�f and Flora E. Brinkopf� his wife, and acluiowledged by a
Notary Public on April 17� 1950� the approval of the City Council�
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeati, State of Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
Passed and approved this 17th day of April, 1950.
