BE TT ORUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, I�,ISSQURI,
AS FOlI4WS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Golliday Addif�ion, a part of Outlot 8�,
in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Giraxdeau, Missouri,
as shown on the original plat of saa.d subdi�-I.sion, dated April 17, 1950,
which plat was filed with the City Clerk and City F�gineer, and exaBtined and
approved by them, be and the sam�e is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid and signed by C. �. Golladay
and Ellen Y. Goll�day, his wife, and acluiowledged by notary public on the
17th day of A�il, 1950, the approval of the City Council, attested bp
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its pa.ssage.
Passed and approved this 17th day of April, 1950.
