AND REPEALING ALL COr1FLICTING ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES. �
V�iEREAS� that p�r tion c�f �r�e Old Jackson Road from West
Broadway to Kingshi�hw�,y and from Kingshighway North to-
ward Jackson� Missouri' to the corporate limits of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri� has never been na med,
and
jNSEREAS� the property owners f_ronting on said road have
petitioned the C��ty Council to name said road� NOW THERE-
FORE�
BE IT ORDAII�TED BY TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE _
�IRARDEAU, r:2ISS0URI� AS FOLLO`NS:
SECTION 1. That that portion of the Old Jackson Road
from West Broadway to Kingshighway and from Kingshighway
Noith to�+ard Jackson bTissouri� to the corporate limits
of the City of Cape G�irardeau� Missouri� be and the same
is hereby named KINGS'NAY DRIVE.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
