known as the Jordan Lot, all in Outlot 74, U. S. :'. Surve� No. 2199, in the
Citv of Cax�e Girardeau, ���issouri, as shown on the ori�;inal plat of said
subdivision, dated ��:arch 3�, 1950, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and City .c;ngir.eer, and examined and approved bv them, be and the sa.n�e is
herebv accented and ap�roved.
S.�CTION 2. That the Citzr Olerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid and sianed by Joe ri. Grant
and ieonore T. �rant, his wife, and acknowled�:;d by notar?r public on the
3otn day o.f i�:arch, 1950, the approval of the City Council, attested by the
seal c,f the �ity of Cape Girardeau, I�iissouri.
