SrJCTION 1. 'Phat the plat of Trotter Subdivision, a subdivision of
part of Lot 7 of kllen' s Subdivision of Outlots 76 and 77, in the City
of Cape Girardeau, �iissouri, as shown on the original plat of said
subdivision, dated i�:arch 22, 1950, which plat was filed with the City
Clerk and City Engineer, and exandned and approved by them, be and the
sam.e is hereby a.ccepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid and signed by C. t�. Trotter
and Dorothy I��. Trott er, hi s wif e, and acknowledged by notary public on
22nd day of tiarch, 1950, the aoproval of the Citv Council, attested by
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, T�:issouri.
Sr�CTIGN 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
