SECTION 1. That the plat of Flentge�s Subdivision
of Lots 5, 7 & 8 and the east half of' Lot 6, Hlock 2,
A:aryland Addition in the a. E. Frl. G�za,a.rter of Section 30,
T. 31 N., t�. 14 �., in the City of Cape Girardeau, 1�9issouri,
as shown on the original plat of said subdivision, dated
January 9, 1950, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and City �ginear, and examined and approved by them, be
and the game is hereby accepted and approved.
S�CTION 2. That the �ity Clerk is herebq authorized
and directed to endorae upon said original plat, dated as
afozesaid, and signed by A. J. Flentge and hiar� Flentge,
and acluzowledged by notary public, on the 9th day of
Janvary, 1950, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SH;CTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force frorn and after its passage.
