SECTION 1. The grade as determined by the following elevation� in
feet above the Biloxi or Niean Gulf Datum is hereby established as the
grade for the center line of Dunklin Street, fram the edge of the exi.sting
concrete pavement at the west lixie of Perry Avenue to the east property
line of Penny Avenue.
Sr;CTI0P1 2. Begin at the edge of the existing concrete pavernent at
the west line of Perry Avenue with an elevation of l+73•65; the�ce along
a vertical curve a distance of 30 i'eet to an elevation of 472.50 at the
end of said curve; thence on a descending grade of 7•35 per cent a distance
of 95 feet to an elevation of 465.51; thence along a vertical curve a
distance of 150 feet to an elevation of 1�5g•69 at the end of said curve;
the:�ce on a descending grade of 1.75 per cent a distance of 75 feet to
an elevation of /+57.37; thence along a vertical curve a distance of 100
feet to an elevation of 454•30 at the end of said curve; thence on a
descending grade of 1�.1�0 per cent a distance of 1(� feet to an elevation
of 1E1�.9.90; thence on a descending grade of 4.0� per cent a distance of
65 feet to an elevation of 447.30 at the east property line of Penny
Avenue.
SECTIOIti 3. :ill ordinances or pa.rts of ordinances in conflict with
this oz•dinance are hereby regealed.
This ordinance to be in force from and after �ts passage.
