June 18, 191a.]., and filed June 25, lyt�l, in the office of the ftecorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, �iissouri, did convey to the public
for street purposes, a strip of land 50 feet in width, running north
from the old Cane Girardeau Jackson Road, and approximately 1�00 feet
west of :�alker Street, and,

S;y:CTION 1. That said street conveyed by Chas. �T. Nothdurft,
in Outlot 80, in U. S. P. S. No. 2199, as described in said �Fuit
Claira Deed, recorded in Book 117 at page 23, in the ofiice of the
3ecorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, l�iissouri, be named
"Terry Lane".
SECTIu�i 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
