SECTION 2. The duties of the Citv Council and Clerk with
_resr_,ect hereto shall be as defined by ordinances of this City and
the lakes controlling same.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
for and after the expiration, of ten days from the date of final
passage and adoption thereof.
