AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF EDGEWOOD ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION
OF A PART OF THE RODNEY 100 ARPEN TRACT IN U. S. P. SURVEY NO. 2199, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNDIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLIVdS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Edgewood Addition, a subdivision of
a part of the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract in U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown on the original plat
of said subdivision, dated June 19, 1950, which plat was filed with
the City Clerk and City Engineer, and exan»Med and approved by them,
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid and signed
by Jos. R. Kuss and Lillian Kuss, husband and wife, and John M. Kuss
and Frances Kuss, husband and wife, and acknowledged by notary public
on the 19tH day of June, 1950, the approval of the City Council,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
