ADT ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THEKIS STREET FROK THE WEST
LINE OF SUNSET BOULEVARD TO THE EAST LINE OF CARUTH RS AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAFE GIRARDEAU, NTISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The grade as determined by the following elevations
in feet above the Biloxi or Mean Gull' Datum is hereby established as the
grade for the center line of Then.s Street from the wrest line of Sunset
Boulevard to the east lime of Caruthers Avenue.
Section 2. Begin at the edge of the existing asphalt pavement at the
wrest line of Sunset Boulevard with an elevation of 4224.21; thence with a
descending grade of 9.684 per cent a distance of 175 meet to an elevation
of 407.26; thence with a vertical curve a distance of 200 feet to an elevation
of 394.63 at the end of said curve; thence with a descending grade of 2.918
per cent a distance of 225 feet to an elevation of 388.00; thence a distance
of 3 feet to an elevation of 388.00 at the east line of Caruthers Avenue.
Section 3. All ordinances er parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage.
