Council of the City of �Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on kpril 7, 1933, and

tneir scales in the City of Cape Girardeau, ar�d

become expedient to appoint new City '�ei�hers,

Section l. That Section 3 of Cor,m`ssion Form Ordinance No. 65I� of the City of
Cape Girardeau, passed and approved on the 7th day of April, 1933, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and there is enacted in lieu thereof, the following section, which
shall be known as Section 3 of Commission Form Ordinance No. 65l� which shall read in
words and figures as follows: .
"Section 3. There is h reby designated and appointed as City Weighers of
the City of Cape Girardeau, �issouri, the following persons:

and have agreed to carry out the duties of sai.d weighers and weigh carefully

which said scales are to be furn�shed by the said respective weighers without .
any cost wnatever to the Ci.ty.t'
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in f'ull f'orce and effect trom and a£ter 10
days after its passa�;e and approval.
