2199, IN THE CITX OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR STRELT PURPOSES, AND NkI�ING

AS FOLLOS�S:
Section 1. That the �uit-Claim deeds from Jeptha Riges and Stella Riggs,
his wife, and. M. �,. Field and Alice Field, his wife, to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Ntissouri� san�e being executed by said partieg on the 17th and 19th day of November,
1951, respectively, which deeds convey a certain part of Lot 7, of Allen�s Subdivis-
ion of Outlots 76 and 77, in U. S. P. 5urvey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, same beino 30 feet in width from the north line of Hopper Road, north,
268 feet, and then with a width of 50 feet, north, to the north line of the Jeptha
Ri�;s and M. E. Field tracts� be acceptsd for street purposes by said Cit y, and
the Citf Glerk is hereby instructed to have said deeds placed on record in thre
office of the recorder of deeds for the County of Cape Gir:�rdeau, Nissouri.
Section 2. That said street as described in said deeds is hereby
desi�nated and shall be known as ��Westmount Drivet�.
Section 3. This ordinance to be in force and take effect from and
after its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 19th �1ay of Novernber, 1951.
