SAID EASII��NT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH:E CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLIAi�S:
� SECTION 1. That the Niayor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of said City, an easement to
Jess Millikan, for the purpos� of constructing a driveway to the property
of saic� Jess Millikan, in what is known as �rena Park, in said City, same
being a part of Lot 2, in the S.W. 1/4 of Outlot S0, in U. S. P. Survey
No. 2199, described as follows:
Begin at a point on the East line of said Lot 2, same beir� the west
line of the Jess NIillikan tract, 20 feet south of the N.'AC. corner of said
Niillikan tract; thence west perpendicula� �o said East line of Lot 2, 50
feet; thence north parallel to the east lin e of Lot 2, 110 feet, more or
less, to the south edge of the asphalt pavement of the road thru Arena
Park; thence east along the south edge of said aspha.lt pavenerrt, `�C� feet;
thence south, along the east line of I.ot �i, 110 feet, more or less, to ,
the point of beginn�ng.
SECTIOPd 2. That said easement for drivexay shall terminate 5 y�arg
from the date of said easement, or sooner, if the said driveway be
abandoned prior thereto.
