AiISSOURI, AS FOLLQWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Elfrink�s Subdivision of I,ots 4 & 5,
Block 25, Second �Ionticello Additi�n in Outlot 73, in U. S. P. Survey
No. 2199, in the Citf of Cape Girardesu, l�ii.ssouri, as sl,own on the
original plat of said subdivision dated Ivovember l, 1951, which plat was
filed with the City Clerk and City Engi.neer, arxi ex.an�.ined and approved
by them, be and the same is hereby accepted and approved as a subdivision to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authori.zed and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid, and signed b;> �'hilip
Elfrink and �Iar�aret Elfrink, husband and wife, and aclmowledged by a
Plotary Public on the lst day of Noveffiber, 1951, the approval of the City
Council attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shal� take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
Passed and approved this 5th day of November, 1q51.
