the Cit,y Assessor oi' the City of' Cape Girardeau, i�issouri, shall receive
and shall be paici out of the general, revenue fund of said Cit�T, the
suri of Two �undred Fiity Dollars (:;�25C.00) �er inonth ±'or his services
in periorninr h_s official duties. The Cit�y shall alloyr the City
�°Lssessor gas and oil in tne ar::ount of Ten Dollars (;:�1,;.Uv) �.er rr.ontn
for use oi' his pr�vate car on ofiicial �usir�ess.

at tne close oi an;� calendar year af'ter i:is successor has beer named
and a�;pointed.
