AS FOLLO1dS:
S�CTION 1. lhat fro� and after the eifective da,te of this
Ordinance� the City Assessor of the City of Cape Girardeau�
�-iissouri� ���11 recaive and shall be paid �ut of the General
Revenue Fund of said City� the sum of Two Hundred and r ifty
Dollars� (�250.00) per month' for his services in performing
his official dtities.
S�CTIUN 2. That the City alloi� the City Assessor gas and oil
in the amount of ten dollars (��10.00) per montr for use of private
car.
SECTION 3. That the term of office of the City �ssessor shall
expire at the close of any calendar year after his successor
has been named , and appointed.
�ECTION 4. That all Ordinanc�s and part of Ordirzanc�-s in conflict
with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passa�;e by the City Conncil.
