Iviatthews and Janet �a.tthews, his wiie, Ed Breeding and �iargaret Breeding,
and Dodie l�leyer, a single person, which deed conve�,rs the following described
real estate to the City of Cape uirarc�eau, lr;issouri, a i�Iunici.pal Corporat�on,
to-wit: •
Yart of Outlot 75 in U. S. i'rivate Surve,l Tde. 2199, being a
strip of lar.d 1.�0 feet wide, lying 20 feet on either side of the
followin� described center line:
Begin at a point on the south line cf Outlot 75, sa�d point
being 325.2 feet west of the southeast corner of Outlot 75 and in
the center of Clark :'�venue; thence nortr parallel to the east line
of Outlot 75, 59�.9 f eet and there terriinatin�.
Section 2. The �it.y Council oi the �ity of Cape Girardeau, i'i�issouri, hereby
on its own n;otion opens, estal.�lishes and eYtends Clarlc Avenue froli� the South
line of Outlot 75 North a ciistance of 598.9 feet, sarne be�ng a right-of-way
40 fret wide as is described in sai.d �eed above.
