J�HLR�'�S, many organizations and individuals, religious, charitable
and otherwise, are desirous of renting Capaha Park and Arena Park for the holdi.ng
of special events of a civic nature; and

problem and in man,T instances tne P,;rks na�.�e not been satisfactorily cleaned
after sasd event.
NG1��, TH�REFORE, BE IT O1�AINE� BY T�E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0�'
C4PE GIY�1���LT, �ISSCURI, ASFOLLO��S:
Section l. That the Park Conunissione� shall have the exclusive ri�ht to lease
the said Parks and the Arena Buildin�� and grandstand thereof to organizations
and individuals for t�e purpose of holding civic events.
Section 2. That there snall be charged to said organizationsa i'ee of not less
than r�ve ��ollars (;c5.00} nor rrx�re thar. Fifty Dollars (��50.00) by said rark
Conunissioner, which fund shall be used to clean the said Parks after the holding
of such special event.
Section 3. That any ordinance or pa.rts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance s::all take effect and be in f�;rce f'rom and after its
passa�e and approval.
