MISSOU`RI, AS FULLUWS:
Sr�TION 1. That the plat of Haddock's Subdivision of the S. E.
part of Lot 1 of R. L. Wilsonts Subdivision of Outlot 7k, U. S. P.
Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shov�m
on the original plat of said subdivision, dated �arch 15, 1951, which
plat was filed with the Cit� Clerk and City r�ngineer, and exan�i.ned and
approved by them, be and the same is here�ay acr.epted and approved.
S�TION 2. 3'hat the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said plat, dated as a£oresaid and si�ned by Thomas J.
Haddock and Olive P^�. Haddock, husband.and wife, and acluiowledged by
notary public on the 15th day of i�arch, 1951, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of the Cit;* of Cape Girardeau,

Sr,CTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
