SECTION 4• �'hat the pollir�g places shall be opened on the day of �aid election at the hour of 6 o� clock A.M. and shall remain open until the hour of 7 o� clock P.M. on said date; and said election shall be conducted and the results thereof eanvassed and returned in all respects in accordance with the Laws of the State of Missouri and the ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau.
