SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1 OF ALLr�N'S SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOTS 76 ArID 77,
IN U. S. PRIVAT�. SURV�Y N0. 2199, IN THE CITY OF CkPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE IT Ot�.D�INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 3'Hi: CITY OF CAPE
GIRARD�;AU, h:ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Spradlin��s Subdivision, a
subdivision of part of Lot 1 of Al.len�s Subdivision of Outlots
76 and 77, in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Nlissouri, as shown on the original plat of
said subdivision, dated February 10, 194$, �ich plat was
filed wi.th the City Clerk and City Engineer� and examined
and approved by them, be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the Cit y Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat, dated as aforesaid
aaid signed b�* �lma. Margaret Spradling, Al.bert ri. Spradling, Jr.�
and Margaxet W. Spradling, his wife,and acknowledged by notaxy
public on the lOth day of February, 1949, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of th e City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTIOPI 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
