VftHE'REAS, by Cormnission Form Ordinance No. 762, passed
and approved on the 8th day of October, 1936, the road�ay of
that portion ot North �dain Strset from the north line of Fir�t
Street to the north line of Roberta Street �ras ordered re-8urfaced
by repairing the existing baee and re-surfaci�g said roadway
betwee�s curbs and gutters where curbs and gutters existed and
between line$ conetituting an extention of exiating curb and gutter
line$ where curbs and guttere did not exist, with a coating of one
�nd one-half inches of amiesite or similar bituminous surfacing and,
WHEREAS, eaid work ha� been done by the Street Department
of the City under the direction and super�ision of John R. �alther,
City Engineer with aa�istance from the JYorkg Progress Adminiatration
and said John R. "V�alther has heretofore filed his report showing
the total coat af repairin� and re-surfacing said portion of said
street (exclusivA of a$�is�Ca.nce furnished by �aid Worka Progress
Admini�tration) to be ��4iZ.88� Zhe total number of linear feet
fronting and abutting thereon to be 4854.8 feet, and the cost per
front foot to be sixty (60�) cents and showing the proportionate
share of such total cost chargeable against each lot, tract and
parcel of land fronting and abutting on said portian of said street
and,
�AEAEAS, aaid report has been examined by the Council and
and found to be in proper form and the C�uncil finds that the total
cost of said repairing and re-surfacing does not exceed sixty (60�C}
cent� per front foot on all of the property fronting and abutting
' on said portion of eaid street, NOVr THEREFORE,

Engineer covering the rep�iris�g and re-$urfacing of that portion of
so�t�t 1&a�ri`��r���= €�o�i=��he�aorth line of First Street to the north
line of Roberts�r Street, be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 2= That the Cotuicil finds eaid report to be
correct and further finds that the total cost of repairing and re-
surfacing said portion of said North Main Street does not exceed
sixty (60�C) cents per front foot on all of the property fronting
and abutting en �aid portion of said etreet. �
