LIT�TE OF SUNb�ET B�ULEVARD �� THE EAST I,INE �F CARUTHERS AVENtIE,
BE TT ORDAINFD BY TI�E C�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE G�RARDEAU,
�I SSOURI, AS F�I�LUWS:
Section 1. The grade as determined by the following elevations
in f eet abov� the Biloxi or I�ean Gulf �atum is hereby established as the
°��ede � f�r the cen�:er line of �uce ��r�et from' the V�est line of Sunset
Boulevard to the �ast line of Caruther� Avenue .
Section 2. Begin at a point on the �rest line of Sunset Boulevard
wi.th an elevation of 402.50; thence �est 175 feet with an ascending grade
of 0.844 per cent to an elevation of 403.98; then�e �rest 50 feet along a $
vertical eurve to an elevation of 403.49 at the center of said curve;
thenee west 50 feet along said curve to an elevation of 401.18 at the
end of said curve; thence west 17� fee� with a d�scending grade of 6.444
per cent to an elevation of 390.22; thence �►est 50 feet along a vertical
curve to an elevation of 387.46 at the center of said vertical curve ;
then�e vvest 50 feet w�th: "said curve to an elevation of 385.62 at the end
of said curve ; thence west 58.3 feet on a descending grade of 2.`77 per
cent to an elevation of 384.00 at the east line of Caruthers Avenue .
Section 3. All ordinances oz• parts of ordinanees in con�liet with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
