Section 1. The grade as determined by the following elevations in
feet above the Biloxi or Iu�ean Gulf Datum is hereby established as the

concrete pavement at Broadway to thesnorth property line of Independence

Seetion 2. Begin at the edge of the concrete pave�lent at the so:�th
side of Broadway �rith an elevation of 381.02; thence south 370 feet �if.h
an ascending grade of 5 .09 per eent to an elevation of399.87; thence south
with a vertical curve 30 feet to an elevation of 401.67 at the center of
said ver�ical curve; thence south 30 feet with said vertical eurve to an
elevation of 404.00 at the end of said vertical curve; thence south 50
feet with an ascending �rade of 8.67 per cent to an elevation of 408.33;
thence south with a vertical curve 70 feet to an elevation of 412.38 at
the center of said vertical curve; thence south 70 feet with said curve
to an elevation of 412.40 at the end of said vertical curve; then�e south
210.5 feet with a descending grade of 2.85 per cent to an elevation of
406.30; thence South 280 fee� with a descen�ing grade of 5.433 per cent to
