THE EXISTING CONCRET� PAV�,'�'�NT NEAR TF� SOUTH LINE OF LOT 6, ROBERT L. �ViILSON•S
SUBDIVISION, NORTH TO T� NORTHERN CORPORATE LI�dITS.

Section I. The grade as determined by the following elevationa in feet
above the Biloxi or �esn Gulf Datum is hereby eatablished ae the grade for the
center line of Perryville Road, from the end of the exiating concrete pavement
near the aouth line of Lot 6, Robert L. �ilson's Subdivision, north, to the
northern Corporata Limits of the City of Cape Girardeau, Nissouri.
Section 2. Begin at a point on the center line of the Perryville Road,
at tho end of the exiating concrete pavemeat (from which point the southwest
corner of Lot 6, Robert L. �'Jilson's Subdivision beara N. 12° 15• '�'., 152.b feet)
at an ele•�ation of 485.00, which elenation is as established by Commission Form
Ordinance No. 921, passed and approved on the 16th day of June, 1941; thence
northwardly, with a descending grade of 1.25 per cent, 200 feet to an elevation
of 482.50; thence northwardly, with a vertical curve, a distance of 400 feet to
an elevation of 460.50; thence northvuardly with a descending grade of 9•75 per
cent, a distanca of 200 fset to an elevation of 441.00; thence northwardly �ith
a descending grade of 8.667 per cent, a distance of 375 feet to an elevation
of 408.50; thence northWardly with a vertical curva, a distance of 150 feet to
an elavation of 400.82; thence northwardly with a descending grade of 1.57 per
cent, a distance of 13� feet to a point on the northern corporate limits, to an
elevation of 398.6q, from which point north 132.3 feet, on a descending grade
of 1.57 per cent, along the center line of Perryville Road (the intersection
of said center Iine with the south edge of the exieting oil mat pavement on
Cape Rock Dri-re), the grade will terminate at an elevation of 396.6
Section 3. .411 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance to be in force from and after ita passage.
