AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
STEVENSON SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Stevenson Subdivision, being
all of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) and the North 3 . 8 feet of Lot
Eleven (11) in Block Seven (7) of Koch' s Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 2 at Page 53 of the County land records, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Kinyinna Stevenson, bearing the certification of Travis J.
Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 12th day of
January, 2023, including all exceptions and variances, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
