sYall be unlav�ful for �.ny vek�icle to enter said partion af s��id street
or tr�.vel trereon in th�e opposite or northv�ardly dir�ction.
�rCTION III - Vehicl�s raay travel either northwardly ar south-
wardly upon Fount�,in Stre t �et�een Broad��,y and Bellevue Streets
and upon such partion of � Street vehi�l�s sh��l be �overned
by the general traffic re�u�atian� applica�le to the City af Cape
Gir�.rdeau, �Iissouri,
SECTIGN IV - It sh�,ll �e unl�wful for �,ny psrsati to p�,r� or
place a �otar vehicle upon that portion of North Fountain Street
bet��een �roa�way and Bellevue Streets v:ithout parking or placin� the
same paralle7. to tY�e curb �nd �uith thE right han�i wheels of such
vehicle ��ithin twelve (1�} inches of the ri�ht h�.nd curb.
SL+'CTION �? - it shall be unlawful for any person to park or
pla,ce a motor vehicle upon th�.t portian of North Fountai:n Stre��
between Broadway ana Themis Street other th�,n in this aection pro-
vided to-wit: Upon the ea:�t side of sdia portion of s� id stre�t
vehicles m�y be parked parallel �.ith the curb so t}��at the left-hand
wheels of said vehicle sh�,ll be ti�ithin tv��elve ( la) inch�es of the
en�t eurb of said portion of said street . On tY:e w�st side csf s�id
portion of said street, vehicl�s shall be parked or pl�,ced at an
�,ng1e of 45° tc the curb so that s�,id veY:icle, when so p�.rked, sh�ll
