AI�t ORDINANCE ESTA�3LISHIPIG THE GRADE OF BESSIE STR�ET FROtd THE
WG'ST PROP�'!�TY LII� OF SUNSET BOULEVARD TO THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF
CARUTHERS AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, .
?VIISSOURI, AS FOLLO'J"S:
Sec+ion 1. The grade as determined by the follawing elevations
�' in feet above the Biloxi or Mean Gulf Datum is hereby established as the
grade for the center lina of Bessie Street from the west property line of
Sunset Boulevard to the east property line of Caruthere Avenue.
Section 2. Begin at a point on the west property line of Sunset
Boulevard with an elevation of 3�9.67; thence west 300 feet with a
descending grade of 2.89 per cent to an eleva�ion of 38�..00; thence
west with a descending grade of 1.187 per cent a distance o� 303•3
feet t� �n elevatior� �f 377.40 at a point on the ea�t property line
of Caruth�rs Aver:u� .
