BE IT CRDAIN;� BY THE CGUNCIL OF THE CITY 4F CAPE GIRARDEAU, �ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOth'S:
� Section 1. The grade as determined by the following elevations in �eet
above the Biloxi or �fean Gulf Datum is hereby established as northwardlfor the
center line of Perryville Road from the south line of Lot 3, Y
�' to the south line of Lot 4, F.obert L. �F�ilson's Subdivision of Outlot �4, over

of Outlot 74, from which the southeast corner of Outlot �4 bears S 9°
