BE IT ORDAIN�SD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI�Y OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, �dISSOURI, AS FOLLO�VS�
SECTION l: That Commission Form Ordinance No. ��, passed and
an�roved by the City Council on the �2,�`day of i`�ti,a.c.� , 191�1, is
hereby amended so that said Commission Form Ordinanee No. ���_ shall
read as follows:
�SECTION l: That all places of business within the
territorial limits of the City of Cape Girardeau handling
petroleum products which have a tank or tanks for the pur-
pose of storing petroleum products, which tank or tanks
have or aggregate a capacity of�10,000 gallons or more and
from which places of business petroleum products are trans-
ported either by the owner of such place of business or by
any other person for the purpose of resale by any person
�homsoever, either at who].esale or retail, shall be knovsm
as bulk plants.
�'SECTION '�: There is hereby levied upon the privilege
of having or op�rating a bulk plant, as defined in Section
1 h�reof �ithin the City of Cape Girardeau, a license tax or
fee as follows:
On all bulk plants having a storage capacity of Z0,000
gallons and less than � gallons, One Hundred Dollars
(�100.00) per year; zS��oae

On all bulk plants having a storage capacity of -�
gallons and less than 500,000 gallons, Two Huncired Dollars
(��00.�0) per y�ar;
On all bulk plants having a storage capacity of 500,000
gallons or more, Three Hundred Dollars (�300.00) per year.
�'SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herev�ith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.�
