CENTER LINE OF ELM STREET TO THE CENTER LINE OF LOCt�ST STREET.
BE IT ORIIAII�IIEL BY THE COUNCIL OF' TN� CITY QF CE►PE GIAr�RDEAli, $�ISSOURI
AS FOLL�S; '
Section 1. The grade as determined by the following elevations
in feet abcve tt,e Biloxi or T.4ean Gulf Datum is hereby established as the
grade for the center line of Facific Street from the center line of Elm
Street to the center line of Locust Street.
Section 2. Begin at tY�e intersection of the center line of Elm Street
and the center line of Pacific Street witr. an elevation of 403.71; thence
r south with a descending gr�ide of 2.14 per cent to an elevation of 3q4.00
� at the center line of Locust Street. '
Section 3. All ordinances or parta of ordinances in conflict with
this ordin�nce are hereny repealed.
This ordinance to be in force from and after its passage.
