.AN ORDINANCE LICENSING AND REGUL�TING PLACES
OF BUSIPIESS COM�lIONLY KNOY�N AS BULK PLANTS
HANDLING PETROLEUM PRODUCTS; AND DEFINING SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAII,
MISSOURS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That all places of business within the territorial
limits of Cape Girardeau handling petroleum products which have a
tank or tanks for the purpose of stor3.ng said petroleum products

which tank or tanks ha�e or aggregate a capacity of � gallons
or more, and from which places of business petroleum products are
transported eitk�er by the owner of such place of business or by
any other person for the purpose of resale either at �holesale or
retail, shall be known as bulk plants.
SECTION 2: There is hereby levied upon the privilege of having
or operating a bulk plant, as defined in Section 1 hereof, within
the City of Cape Girardeau, a license tax as follo�►s:
On aZ1 bulk plants having a storage capacity of
,�,000 gallons and less than 100,000 gallons, �100.00
per year;
On all bulk plants having a storage capacity of o0
100,000 gallons and less than 300,000 gallons, $�' o• —
per year;
On all bulk plants having a storage capacity of � �
300,000 gallons and less than 600,000 gallons, $� o o;
per year; and
On all bulk plants havin.g a storage capacity of
600,000 gallons or more, ��`_' per year.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts af ordinances in conflict
herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
