AN ORDINANC�' ADOPTING THE PLAT OF OAK PARK SHO�'�'ING R�VISIONS AAID
SUBDNISION IA1T0 LOTS .
fitHn; � , the City Council on the 23rd day of July, 1936, by
Commiseion Form Ordinance No. 745, approved the plat of Oak Pask,
said plat subdividing the property into streets and blocks, and
'►JFi�RSAS, the City Council on the 27th day of Juns, 1940,
by Ca�isaion Form Ordinance No. 886, vacated a portion of Helena
Avenue� as shown on the ple.t of Oak Park, a nd
�'fiER�AS, Joseph Ha�s, the owner of all the blocks in Oak
Park, revised and subdivided the blocks of Oak Park into lots,
Nt3�` TH�RSFORE, BE IT ORDIII�A by the City Council of tre
City of Cape Girardeau, ?�issouri, as followe:
C' SECTION 1: That the City does hereby approve and accept the said
� plat of Gak Park showing the various revisions and subdivision of
blocks into lots, which plat is duly acknowledged by Joseph Haas
on the 15th day of July, 1940.
SyCTION 2f The City Clerk is hereby directed and authorized to
endorse upon said plat, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the Seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3s This Ordinance shatl be in force and take effect from
