ttxe ri�ht of way over prinate property i or the con��truction o`` setivers in Sea�rer I;is- '
trict Number 6 in the city of Cape Girarcieau as a prere..�uisite to the i.�stall:�tion
@, anu construction of the se�wer system pro�osed for s�-�ia District Numb��r� in the l�.na
for s.�ici sewer system filed in the of.:'ice of the City Clerk �n the � c:a,;,� of G,Q��,
Z935.
S�CTION 2. The Cit� Coanselor :inc� the Gity �'.�n�z_n=:er are h�reby
oruered �nd directeci t� }�roceed to ac�uire the necess�.r-,� easements or ri�hts of way
over private pro�erty alon� the proposed sev�er route fo� s�.ia sevaer system in said
Sewer District Number 6. The Cit�r Co-:znselr�r ::tnci City gigine�r are further di:^ected
to obtain sa d rights o1' wzy or easements thr��agti nurchase i� the n�me of' the cit;�,
if �ossible, �.na they sh��ll re�ort fu�],y to the Council the r�sult of their e�forts
in this matter, and should purch�ise of s��id e�.sera�nts or rights of way prove imprac-
tic�.ble then s�.ic� offici�3ls shall in�titute in the name of the city such le��l pro-
ceedings by conciemn��tion or other�sise ,3s sha11 be ssf'iicient to 3c ,s.ire such neces-
s�ry riahts of wa;� or e��.sement.
SECTIO�T 3. The Co�.incil hereby 1�QO -�� ciecl ares th:�t �.11 the
territory within the limits of said Se�+rer District Number 6, �.s embrace� in said
1�1aT13 and specific�tions sbove referred to, sh.311 be and hereby is cleemed to be
bene_`'itea by the ac uiaition of saia easements or righta of way for said proj�osed
se�trer route.
SECTI�N 4. All t.he costs of ac<auiring said easements or rights
of way shall be c:3reru.tly reported by said officials to th� Council, ana uc�on �ppro--
val by the Co�.:nczl of said re�ort the sama shall be maae a part of the proceedin�s
i�i this matter a.nd ch�arged �.s part of the cost of construction �f said se�er system
in Sec�rer Dis�rict Number 6, in the manner provideci by lsw.
SECTIaN 5. This ordin�nce shall t.�.ke effect �3nd be in force from
and af.'ter the exAiration of ten u�,ys ter�f the f �:zl ja-,s�_s,ea-ge �.nci adoation thereof.
