structing new curbs and „utters and a six-inch concrete pa�-ement on that part of r^rederick iStreet from the concrete pave-
ment on Good Hope Street to the conerete pavement on ��illiam Street, which contract was made in pursuance of an oribinal
resolution declaring said imprcvement ne�cessary, and by authority of Cominission For�n Ordinance No. 3;;6 approved July
20th, 1925, authorizing tiaid work, and the work under said contract has been done in accordance with said orc!inance and Com-
mission Form Ordinance No. 328, passed and approved on the 8th day of l�7ay, 1925, the �eneral street paving ordinance of said
city, aizd the said contrac�� has beeu properly esecuted- and t�he ��ork accepted hy the city as appears from the report of t.he
city engineer and the superintendent of streets, duly approved and adopted by the city council at a meeting ,hereof held on tha
7th day of June, 1920, and this tax bil� is issued in accordance with the provisions o.` Commission Form Ordinancc No. 426
passed and appioved on the 14th day of June, 1925, assessino the cost of said improveinent.
