BE IT ORDAIN�D BY TriE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARUEAU, ?�ISSCIURI, AS FOLLO��S:

� S�CTION 1. No ovrner, user or o�erator
of any vehicl� snall hereafter be permitted to
use same on the streets or high�vays of tnis
city, between the first apbearance of darkness
in the evening and daybreak in tne morning,
without exhibiting on the rear of said venicle
a red light where same can be seen by persons
approaching same #'rom the rear. This ordin-
a�ce shall apply to the ov�ners, users and oper-
ators of all wagons, buggies, surreys, log
��agons, drays and other vehicles not ordinarily
equipped with lights.
SECTIOi�t 2. �ny person violating the pro-
visions of this ordinance s�.all be deemed guil-
ty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined not less than �1.0�J nor more than
.�100.(�0.
'" SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in
force anc� shal.l take effect from and after its
passage.
