SECTz�N 90 ;- CARRtIVAI�S;- Upon a licenae to carry on or c�nduct
what ie �enerally .�nown and design..ated as a Street Carnival or Street
Fair, when the same is had or held upon any vacant lot or lots within the
lirnits of this City� and not upon City property, a license tax of Seventy - ;
Five (�75.�J�J) �er day for the first six daya and One Hundred Fifty (�150.Q�J
p D�llars per day for each day thereafter, shall be paid to the City �ler�,
upon application o� the person� company or corporatian desiring to hold
a street Carnival or StreEt Fair, provided that no license shall be grant-
ed or any per;:zit given for ar�y such Carnival or Fair to be held in, on or
upan �.ny of the public streeta or alleys of the �ity, pr�vided further that
no Bingo ;�a:_ze$ � Games of Chance or Buy back Stands , shall be permitted and
no Carnivals shall be permitted to o�erate on Sundays. �
