SECTION l;- T'hat Section One ( 1) of�Commisszon For� Ordinance
�To. 25, passed and approved on the 28th d.�,y of June, 1918 , and entitl-
ed� " An Ordinance to license, tax,regulate Sundry businesses , em-
pl�yments , a�encies � amuse>nents, venicZes � etc. , and to repeal Ordin- �
ance No. 1150 paseed and approved on the l6th day of July� 1917 and
Ordinance No. 1175� passed and approved on the 17th day of �ecember,
1917.

SEC�I��N 1:- �ERCHANTS DEFI�tID. P'very person, firm, co:mpany�
corporation or co-partnership whic,h shall deal in the sellin� of �
