macadam and constructing on the concrete base of said street a four inch
reinforced concrete paveraent, and,

reqtiired by ordina.nce, and,

herei�z�eiore set out, and assessed and taxed as required by law and as
�rovided by �he orc�inances of said city, and each of sa.id special tax
uills autizorized to be issued herein is hereby declarecl to 1�e a lien on
t��e said lat, trdct, part of lot or parcel af �round agaiizst �ahich it is
issued. It is hereby further ordered that said special tax bills sha11
uear interest at t�ie rate of eight per cent �er annum after tnirty days
f'rom the date of their issuance until paid. It is further ordered that
said s�ecial tax bills shall so state sucn fact of their drazvin� inter-
est and tYle rate oi' such interest, that they are a lien on �he �roperty

point 439 feet north of Normal Avenue, which contract was made in pursance of an ori5inal Resolution declarinb s�iid improve-
meut necessary, passed June 8th, 1925, and by authority of Commission Form Oridnance ATo. 352, approved June 30th, 192:i, au-
thorizin� said w•ork, and Commission Form Ordinance ATo. 328, appi•oved May 8th, 1925, the �;eneY•a1 str�et p•yving ordin,2nce of
said city, and the work tmder said contract has been done in a�ccordance with said ordinances, and that the said coatract has

te,ndent of Streets, duly approved and adoPted by the City Council at a meeting thereof held on the 74th day of October, 192.i,
