Street to the east line of Spanish Street, ��hich contract was made in pursuance and by authority of Commission Form Ordi-
nance No. 330, passed and approved on the lst day of June, 1925, authorizing said work, and Commisgicn Form Ordinance No.
328, passed and approved on t.he 8th day of A4ay, ]925, the general sti•eet paving ordinance of said city, and that the contract
has been nroperly executed and the work accepted by the city�, as appears from the rcport of the city enbineer and the superin-
tcndent of sti�eQts, duly approved and adopted by the city council at a meeting thereof held on the 14th day of October, 192a.
I also certify that the contract price for the said g�rading and paving, und for the engineering and inspectio�l services
on same is $601.52, and for the purpose of paying said cor.tract price and by virtue of the report of the city en:;ineer appor-

This Special Tax Bill bears interest at the rate of ei�ht (S) per cent per annum from thirty (30) days after its date and is

sooner �iiid, and in the event suit is brought to enforce Guch lien, then until the expiration of such litigation.
